I’m Gunnar Nopens — operations lead, system optimiser, designer and musician. Different worlds, connected by the same instinct: understand what matters, see how the pieces relate and turn complexity into something useful.
The person behind Zoorka
Curious by nature. Practical by choice.
I have always been interested in how things fit together — and how they could work better.
That curiosity has taken me through design, web development, entrepreneurship, music, regenerative business and industrial operations. On paper, those fields may look unrelated. To me, they are different ways of solving the same kind of question: how do you give an idea the structure it needs to become real?
I enjoy moving between the bigger picture and the practical detail. I can help shape the direction, but I also want to understand the workflow, build the tool, improve the process or bring the right people together to make it happen.

My professional work brings together leadership, operations, sustainability, digital systems and project-based optimisation. I like creating clarity where responsibilities, processes or ideas have become difficult to navigate.
